I heard from another you tuber (who’ll be living in Japan), that cockroaches and spiders are a commonality in living situations. Is this true? Is this noticeable in hotels?
My advice for anyone that wants to visit Tokyo is to stay in the cheapest hotel there is, and not in a hostel. The hostels are completely awful and will ruin your vacation. A nice hotel will also ruin your vacation cause it will take all your money. So the solution is to stay at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Still cheap, but not a rat infested hell hole like the hostels.
I understand completely about the current power situation occuring in Japan and what it entails, but have they ever discussed when the assorted light fixtures and advertisements will return to normal?

cool, I stayed in the Metropolitan Hotel in Ikebukuro. Very nice. Although the room smelt like smoke when it was a non-smoking room. They gladly deodorized it though while we were out
When I went to Tokyo I stayed at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. It was awesome! We were on the 23rd floor. It had an amazing. Now, the room we stayed in was larger then the one you are taping right here, but I was on my honeymoon so we were in the suite. =)
I’ll never get used to seeing Tokyo this dark at night
That’s too bad, I wanted to see how Tokyo looked at night.
@luvlijill
No, it is not true.
Never seen a cockroach or spider in any hotel in Japan.

I live in Japan vicariously through this channel
So, so clean. I wish every where else in the world was as clean as Japan. It would have been really neat to see the city lit up.
Thanks for the upload again, they are so addicting.
Normal toilets(normal for me) don’t have 5+ buttons on it Dx
Tokyo looks beautiful ;O
